01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") govern the relationship between bet87 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual who registers an account, accesses or uses the bet87 platform at https://bet87.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you" or "your").

bet87 operates as an online casino and sports-betting platform. The platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports-betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series), football, UFC and other sporting events — and related services to eligible users internationally.

By accessing bet87, creating an account or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing bet87 from Pakistan, you acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. These Terms do not constitute legal advice and bet87 does not represent that participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users bear sole responsibility for ensuring their use of this platform complies with applicable local law.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bet87, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative or agent of any business entity or third party.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of a Restricted Territory.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of bet87 or any affiliated entity.
• You must hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion programme currently in force.

bet87 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the above eligibility conditions at any time. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant Account.

04 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information as requested. The information provided must be truthful and you must notify bet87 promptly of any changes to your registered details.

bet87 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of source of funds — at any stage of your account lifecycle, including prior to your first withdrawal.

• Registration information must accurately reflect your real identity. False information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bet87 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify bet87 immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.
• bet87 may, at its discretion, require enhanced due diligence for high-value accounts or where unusual activity is detected.
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed at the Platform's discretion.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bet87 are processed in accordance with the Platform's payment policies in force at the time of the transaction. The following general conditions apply:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in your account cashier.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, subject to any applicable processing delays.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. The Platform may apply additional checks before releasing withdrawal funds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. Familiar Pakistani payment rails referenced on this Platform — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer channels such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned as contextual examples only. Their actual availability for transactions is subject to the operator's current cashier and each provider's own policies. None of these payment brands endorse gambling.
• bet87 will only process withdrawals to a payment method previously used to deposit funds to the same Account, subject to anti-money laundering requirements.
• The Platform reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering or terms abuse is suspected, or where KYC verification remains incomplete.
• Currency conversion fees and third-party transaction charges may apply. These are not controlled by bet87.

bet87 does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts or cards belonging to another person will be returned and the account may be suspended.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bet87 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are published at the point of offer. The following general bonus terms apply across all promotions unless explicitly overridden by specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are for personal use by the Account holder only and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Where a minimum deposit is required to trigger a bonus, this is stated within the promotion. Illustrative minimum deposit examples such as PKR 1,000 are for illustration only — actual thresholds are those stated in the active promotion.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings that remain at expiry will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Certain game types may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are stated within each promotion.
• bet87 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Users who have already opted into an active promotion will be notified of material changes.
• Abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus hunting strategies, use of multiple accounts, or collusion — may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account suspension.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the bet87 Platform, including sportsbook bets and casino game play:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bet87 will not cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except where a void event occurs under the applicable sporting rules, or where a technical error is identified by the Platform.
• bet87 reserves the right to void bets placed after the start of an event where the late placement was a result of a technical or data feed delay.
• Odds and game RTP rates are set by the Platform and its technology partners. These are subject to change without notice. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are those that apply to the confirmed wager.
• In the event of a system or platform malfunction during a game round or sports event, bets may be declared void and stakes returned at the Platform's discretion.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per day and per event apply and are displayed within the sportsbook and game interfaces. Winnings exceeding these limits may be capped.
• bet87 reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict betting access for any User, including but not limited to Users suspected of match fixing, insider information use or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

08 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the bet87 Platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets or gain a competitive advantage.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through the use of third-party identities.
• Engaging in collusion, match fixing, insider betting or any form of fraudulent wagering activity.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or data feeds.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent documents during the KYC verification process.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without first attempting to resolve the matter with bet87's support team.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory, whether directly or through the use of a VPN, proxy or similar obfuscation service.

09 Responsible Gambling

bet87 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their wagering activity. Gambling should be an entertainment activity undertaken freely and within personal financial means. It must never be seen as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard stops to limit the duration of each gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic in-session notifications reminding you of how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term break from the Platform without permanent exclusion.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bet87 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of bet87 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of bet87.

The bet87 name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of the Platform operator. You are not permitted to use these marks without prior authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet87 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform content, odds data or game results.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data as a result of your failure to maintain account security.
• Any third-party conduct or content accessible through the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bet87's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bet87 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bet87 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users — which may include displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to your registered email address.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet87 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

If you have a complaint regarding the Platform, you are encouraged to contact bet87's customer support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through our internal complaints process before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
